5 Ways to combat laziness

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired

-Jules Renard

1st some science: Science shows that there are people who are more likely to be lazy and those who are less likely and it is a lot to do with our genes. So there is such a thing as “couch potato gene”. Essentially what it does makes us have fewer dopamine receptors, that means that we aren’t going to be awarded as easily for the activities we do by our brains. (And while this is usually related with sports, it is just as accurate with other daily tasks) And really we don’t have many idiots who do things without awards. So when does this become a problem?

Video by AsapSCIENCE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd7wAithl7Ii

When is laziness a problem?

It becomes a problem when instead of living your life you just exist. At least for me, that is an issue. I have realized that I am bored with life. I just go through the motions. I go to school see my friends once in a while and other than that I just watch YouTube. Don’t get me wrong. Having a pause and go through social media is great, sometimes. It can’t be your life. And really, you watching dog videos or insta pics is something that makes our brains even lazier. Why should you do anything when you get a dopamine hit right from the comfort of your bed. And this is how the vicious cycle starts. So what to do?

What are my 5 tips?

  1. Force yourself to do more things. Put yourself into projects and situations from which you can’t back out of easily. I am doing to projects now where there is quite a bit on my shoulders and me backing out of them would just seem pathetic. Of course, if it would be a life or death thing, it’d be different. I wouldn’t go there if I’d be in a car crash. BUT I am not comfortable just letting them hear an excuse, you know?
  2. This is related to the last tip but: Add things to your calendar so you just don’t have time to lazy around for 5 hours. Look it’s easier to be lazy when you have only like 4 lessons a week and you seem to have so much free time. But what if you work, have a couple of extra projects and then also some of your own goals? This is not to say that you should work yourself to death. But when you don’t have too much extra time you are forced to organize your time. There is no; “I’ll do this later” because you literally don’t have any time later. Or you don’t want to risk it in case of something coming up. And I mean I am sure all of us also want to see our friends right?
  3. Do not sleep in. I know half of you hate me right now because you love to sleep and the other half because you have heard this so many times. But at least for me if I sleep more than 7 -8 hours I feel very sluggish. And sometimes it’s fine. But if you want to stop being lazy becoming sluggish and having a heavy head is not doing you any favors. Most people are at their best when they sleep 6 to 8 hours (depends on your age) and this is something I have found to be true.
  4. If you, however, sleep in, start your day slow, that doesn’t mean all your hope is gone and you have an excuse to be lazy all day. (Sorry old me and anyone who uses this as an excuse) Look just this weekend both days I slept in. I gave myself permission, to be honest, because I have been a bit sick and don’t want to make it worse and after sleeping in I got this sluggish feeling like I often do. Saturday I only started working after 4pm. I went for a walk before that and took a cool shower to wake me up. Then I just got paper and wrote the things that are on the top of my head (those things usually are the ones that bother you the most thus very likely to be a high priority) I didn’t do all on that list but I can honestly say I was productive for at least 4 hours. And that is way more than nothing  I could have done because I didn’t wake up at 5 like I would have liked to)
  5. If you don’t do the little things don’t expect yourself to have the energy to do the big things. If you are too lazy to brush your teeth, wash your face, make your bed, get dressed properly; why the f*** would you have the energy to finish a project or go for a run? All the small things count. You give yourself momentum when you finish the small tasks. And if you start your day by choosing that those things aren’t important why would anything else be? Just be a smelly blob for a day and wonder why you can’t make yourself do anything… I’ve been there and done that and you know what. It isn’t a very positive space to be in. This is why so many highly efficient people are obsessed with routines. If they can finish up a good routine be it in the morning, gym or evening. It builds momentum for the day or the next day.

Bonus tip:  Do not burn yourself up. I don’t want you to faint one day and say it was because I told you to keep yourself so busy you can’t ever be lazy, because that is not my goal at all. Quite frankly once I have perfected my calendar I want to cross out Sunday totally and make it just a funday. It doesn’t matter if it’s for friends or for me to just be in bed and watch a movie. The main point is just for it to be free for whatever I want it to be. Also, this isn’t the only day you have a right to be lazy or to have fun. If your steps for your goals have been met on a Monday by say 4pm you have a right to go out with friends or whatever you want. Don’t have to form an army routine. BUT at first, an army routine might be helpful so that the “couch potato gene” doesn’t get you.

Thanks for reading and good luck with battling laziness!

Stars sentenced to death

We read about suicides almost every week, drug overdoses and alcohol poisonings and so on. It is so common it almost feels normal. It shouldn’t be normal. This post is inspired by deaths of appreciated stars like Tim Bergling known as Avicii, Verne Troyer famous actor, and many others who’ve taken their own lives; By their own hand or through substance abuse is irrelevant.

“Well yes in the music business it is quite usual for someone to use too much of alcohol/drugs.” “Yes well, genius people often are depressed.” “Well, of course, they kill themselves and turn to drugs with so much pressure, it was to be expected.”

The actual truth is that they are dead because of us.

How many of us just love this artist, or despise another one. All of us have these opinions of people. He is cool, she is a bitch, that person is a slut and omg I wish I could marry xyz.

Who are we to judge them or to love them? We know nothing of them actually, just sometimes read an article of who fucked up and how they were dressed. Why are we talking about them like they wouldn’t be just like us…people?

Someone “smart” will say or think but they chose to be stars they should accept that they will be criticized and judged?

Is a doctor judged by the way he looks or whether not he has a good looking wife? Mostly a doctor is judged by a work well/badly done. Do we judge stars that way? No. We judge them by how they walk, dress, breath, sleep, have sex and whether or not they have made mistakes that anyone could do and probably has done.

All that we hate in ourselves we feel comfortable to judge in other people. And not just a little bit. We torture those people and we send them death threats and we spit on them. We make them suffer, because we don’t want to accept the fact that they are just like us, human.

Oh, how we salivate after a tabloid to just see a glimpse of someone who’s life isn’t perfect so we wouldn’t feel so miserable about not really being important. For not being perfect. For being very human, normal and not interesting. We need to see those people in the limelight to suffer and bleed so  we don’t feel so bad of being insignificant.

How many journalist have had to pester those stars, walk into bathrooms after them because we people pay for that shit. We pay to find out who cheated on whom and who dumped whom. And lets not forget all the love/hate letters people send to the stars “Omg I love you, you are amazing and I will kill you if you don’t love me back” That is love in its purest form folks. I hope someone would write me that. Maybe my boyfriend will one day. “Sighs happily”…

This frustrates me so much, people say well they just start hanging in the wrong groups and it is quite normal in the music business or among actors. Please let’s stop this bullshit. If they would be happy, relaxed and feel safe they wouldn’t feel the need to run to “mother’s little helper”. No one who is absolutely fine is going to go and ruin their body with drugs or alcohol. It might be a mental illness, it could be the stress maybe its a mixture of all, but those people aren’t fine. They are ill and miserable way before they even start using substances.

We will always want to have someone to look up to. Someone to compare ourselves to and that is fine. But there has to be a limit. A while back I saw a small video of Michael Jackson being an interview. And he was asked what he thought about touring. And he said he hated it. That he was stressed while doing it that he couldn’t sleep and he hated it. But that isn’t what we saw. No, the interviewer asked him to not say it like that. He asked Michael Jackson not to be so negative about it because the “viewers” don’t want to hear that. So the late singer had to tell the cameras that he loves the touring. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLJ8eGSJ-Ks )

These people can’t  tell us that they aren’t alright. They have to lie, because if they don’t they won’t be “loved” by us. Because really we don’t give a flying shit about these people. If we did, we’d treat them with the respect they deserve. Even if they make mistakes, bad ones, they deserve respect.

Judging is a normal thing people do, but especially now with the internet, words have way more power than we think. Let’s give people their right to make mistakes let karma do the rest. We aren’t anyone’s judge and jury and stars definitely don’t deserve a death sentence.

Learning and age?

In march I will be celebrating my 22nd birthday, and while I am not old by any means, I must admit that hearing that age makes it more difficult to learn starts to nag at my mind.  But is it really harder to learn?

While science  has shown us that brain loses some of its neurons in the process of aging, we also know that an active mind helps with keeping Alzheimers at bay. So what does this actually tell us?

Quotefancy-167913-3840x2160
Just keep learning

The quote above, by John C. Maxwell is spot on. Also think about it like this:

As much as we know about the brains today, we hardly know anything; and I find that fact is very important to remember. If we know almost nothing, why give the “knowledge” of losing some neurons over time so much power? I would say that it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy if we just become stagnant because “learning becomes harder and slower etc.”

I would almost argue that it is easier to learn new things. Why, you ask?

Because while it might take longer to make the new information to stick, but it is easier to connect the new information to the older.

If you are 50 you probably have more information than me who is in their early twenties, thus you can make connections more easily between A, B and C. But in order for that to be the case, we have to keep learning, studying and being curious on the daily.

Sometimes the things that we “have” to learn aren’t interesting, but they help us evolve as learners, as they give us the possibility to make connections between new and old information. Plus it makes our brains work harder to keep up with the synaptic connections.

What is the most efficient way to learn? The article on Forbes (Originally on Quora)  states that learning is easiest if we chunk the information. What does this mean? You take a confusing mix of information and form it into a clear “chunk” of information. The article gives you an example of a undone puzzle is mixed information and a chunked information is a finished puzzle.

Be taught and teach

For couple of days now I have been watching people from TOTALLY different specks of life tell their story, their vision on Tom Bilyeu’s show Impact Theory. And not only is all that I have watched been so extremely inspirational, I understood, that we ALL learn all the time AND that we all teach all the time. Let’s get deeper in my idea and what I think this could or should mean.

So my idea as a whole is that we suck information from our surroundings, people, books, online sources and so on. And this information can be true or untrue, wrong or right. That doesn’t matter because in order to learn something it doesn’t matter if it is true or not. It is enough that we believe that it is.

As we learn new things, we right away start teaching other. As kids, we are often told to say sorry if we do something wrong, right? So if someone does wrong to us and they don’t say sorry, we end up telling them about it. “Hey, my mommy says you have to says sorry if you do XYZ” And obviously this an VERY early on example, but I think you get the point.

I strongly believe, that realizing this fact, and absorbing this idea, could be a tremendous help. Imagine what the world would be like, if those people who write books, blogs, make youtube videos or hold long speeches, wouldn’t exist? No Aristotle, no Platon, no DaVinci, Voltaire, Oprah no Tom Bilyeu or anyone else you find has in a way or another influenced today’s world. If they wouldn’t exist or their works wouldn’t, there wouldn’t be knowledge.

Einstein could have written all his theories and said F*** this S*** and burned all that he figured out. Same goes to all the others. And that would just make our world of knowledge very very empty. Obviously this is just what if’s, but I swear I have a point here.

We learned all the things we have from other, normal people. So why is it that when we want to influence, our first reaction is that “I’m alone I can’t make impact”? I mean all the other people were alone with their thoughts, I mean especially the Philosophes, “normal” people rarely understood what they ment, because talk about meta philosophy sometimes.

What if all the influencer also would have thought that they can’t make an impact. And really do they even care? I mean if you think you have something worth spreading, it might now win a nobel price, BUT I am sure someone will read it. And if you work hard enough and long enough, I am sure you will gain the platform that will help you shoot the message you have to the wide audience.

And even if it doesn’t have this snowball effect where everyone will be cheering you onto a stage in front of thousands of attendees. It can be small things that, if a lot of people separately do, it will affect the masses.

For example, if  you want to lessen sexism, why wait for “influential ” people to make a difference. Teach the people around you, your kids, your friends, write blogs etc. Or you want someone  to be excited about math? Teach them that.

Attention, nothing can be force fed, or the person might choke on it. But by giving them an example, telling your opinion, in the end it might just be that your actions have made an impact to the world.

There is this paradox in everything, every one who ever became an influencer, was first all alone in their spreading of their belief. Many of them are dead, and got a following of thousands only after their death, BUT  no one can say that they didn’t make an impact.

Just choose your words and thoughts wisely, and let us all, work as individuals, to make our togetherness on this planet the  best it can be.

Personal development

Can personal development be bad?

I am very familiar with the feeling of not being enough. Like I am supposed to be way further with my life but I just don’t seem to know where/what that further is. But the thing is I have gotten myself into a cycle that is horrible for me.  Here is where I tell you the negative aspect of personal development. This is not to say that it is always bad and you shouldn’t work on yourself. This is to say that you have to watch out for your limits.

Personal development is everywhere. Social media is filled with it. There are blogs, youtube channels and all of the other platforms for it. Thousands of books, millions of success stories and often only one side, the pretty side, is visible. And let’s be real here even if people also tell about the negative things they had to overcome to be where they are now, we often only listen to the pretty little tales don’t we?

I have for a pretty long time felt like I am not enough, like I am already 21 (note the sarcasm) why aren’t I like that one person who invented that cool thing when he was 15. Or why am I not owning my own business like that other young adult? And then on top of this, I would read self-help books, or how to be successful books and blogs and all I could get my hands on. And this was bad. Not because the sources are bad or because what they say would be untrue, but because I was in the state of mind where all that I read I would see as proof that I was not good enough.  And that is not what personal development is about.

Personal development is a process where you see what you aren’t that good at and make it better, with small steps. While being proud and happy of who you are at this moment. You aren’t supposed to feel like shit and be demotivated to work, just because you feel like there is always another obstacle or that you are always 3 steps behind that other success story.

If you feel like I have for a while. Close the blog, book or social media page you are looking at and just come back to who and where you are. Don’t know what you want to do? That is fine, just do things you are doing as well as you can. Take opportunities that come your way and take it one step at a time.

Do not read the books in order to feel bad about who you are at this moment. Read them as a motivational tool, to learn about new people and new things. And if you feel like you just don’t get that positive feeling from reading them right now, then don’t read them for a while. It is alright to take a personal development research pause once in a while. Just like you take pauses from social media. That doesn’t mean you are giving up, and please don’t. Because like everything in life, this is a journey with a lot of work as well as rest.

I hope my thoughts came across clearly and I wish all of you a great rest of the week.

Goals, Personal development

Time management and success +rambling

I will be the first the first to admit. That even thought I am interested a lot in personal development and searching for myself and all that. I have not yet mastered the art of being a good time manager and a successful student. Do not get me wrong, you don’t have to be an A+ student or 4,0 GPA student to be successful, but since my main “job” right now is studying, I would regard getting good grades to be one of the ways I would feel successful.

I, like many others am lazy, and I do not think with a broader vision for the future. Now don’t go clicking away. I swear I am working on it. And this post isn’t me laughing and saying oh but I am just lazy, what ever. This post is more to tell people that if they feel they aren’t on top of things, like everyone seems to be. Not to worry, cos they aren’t alone. And while I am not best at this, I do have tips up my sleeve. (Reminder: Only hard work will pay of, there is no secret formula)

  1. Know thyself. Look I will admit that there are issues like dyslexia and concentration issues and what not, but in the end appart for those, really it is just us. 5 different tabs open on your computer? Are you sure all of them are work related? Phone isn’t on silent because mom will call any minute? So if you don’t answer within an hour she will not let you live it down? You are writing an essay but you just have to answer that friend who is asking if she should wear the pink shirt or the white one, and now you must save her from eternal embarrassment. (Pink duh!) My point is, when you study/ work or anything else if you seem to be lacking time, analyse where it is going and if it really is out of our hands.
  2. Figure out when and how. When are you the most productive? For me it is around 9am–> (that is if I wake up at 6 as usually). For you it could really be in the evening. I don’t really care. Not in the rude way. But you work best when you work best. Any time is a good time to work, if you do it well. I do not believe that the only way to succeed is to be an early bird. The only way to succeed is to work your ass off.
  3. Calendar, organization and a system that works.  And here I am again admitting that I am giving advice that I don’t use 100% myself. I suck at prioritizing and when I organize things it usually lasts for a day or two. But it does help. Clear desk clear mind and all that really does work for me. I do clean up my space quite often. And when I do, I work 10 times better.
  4. Set realistic goals. My boyfriend, if he’d read this would laugh. I always make my goals too big or I have too many of them. Ever had a list of goals (or to-do’s) that looks a bit like this:
    1.  Wake up a 6  go for a 5km run. Eat something very healthy. Ab workout.
    2. Drink 3 L of water
    3. Re organize your whole room/house
    4. Dominate the world
    5. Read 8 books (Not a good to-do/goal list)
  5. Forgive yourself if you do not work as hard that day as what you wanted to. You won’t achieve anything by beating yourself over it. Trust me I know.
  6. Concentrate on doing the best you can. If you only reading one subject is the best you can for today. Then that is great at least you read that chapter. The important part is not to do anything at all. (Check out the Non-Zero method) Get better bit by bit. You will not become a superhero over night (Unless a radioactive spider bites you or some ish)

Being a hard worker and succeeding with what ever you do in life is a lifestyle. You have to learn to become a hard worker/good student/business woman/man etc. It takes hard work, especially if you have never been a hard worker/ inspired person before. You brain works in a loop of habits. You have to change the bad ones and that takes time and effort. But don’t give up. I know I won’t.

Change

Some of you might have noticed that I have been away a while. I have gone through a lot of change in the last month or so, and well it is catching up on me.

A lot of people who I hold dear are moving to new cities or even new countries, and even though I do not plan on stopping contact or anything like that it is certainly different not to have these people just couple of kilometers away.

On top of that change I am back to school for the fall semester and oh boy did we dive right into the studying. Not that I didn’t expect it. But it was a bit overwhelming after the summer.

Anyway this post won’t be as deep as my post usually are, more just rambling. But I do want to remind people that change isn’t bad. It makes life go forward and at some point you will see that things probably actually went to better than what you thought they would go.

You will lose people you love but some will stick around tighter than glue. You will learn more and more about yourself and you will learn about life. And that is the most exciting adventure after all. Just living your life to the fullest and not letting life paralyze you.

I am saying all of this as a reminder to myself as well, not to lose sight of my goals.  I am feeling quite out of the place. Uninspired I guess to a degree. Because I feel like I am so confused and in the middle of a tornado of feelings. And that is the reason I haven’t been here.

The pause is about to come to end and I should post a normal post next Thursday as per usual. Maybe I will post a little something to compensate or lack of activity here 😉

Thanks for reading

Lessons in life

Are all ideas used? So what if they are?

Are all ideas used? I guess, you could say so, for all the words that come one of our mouths, all the ones we write have been written, many times over. But the way you connect a word with another, a sound to another. The way you describe a scene in a book, may be totally, new, at least to someone. And if it isn’t new, maybe this time the words stuck to the reader, something that the first time didn’t happen.

Of course you will hear people say that you are a copy cat; sneaky little fraud! But do you really write or create anything for those negative minds? Or do maybe write, paint or do art or what ever for you? Or maybe a selected few who chose to read and be positive about you?

I am not telling you to go and copy paste Shakespeare’s sonnet’s and say they are your own, nor do I encourage you to take a photo of a painting and repainting it stroke for stoke, for that, in my mind is stealing, of the worse kind. It isn’t stealing what someone has but also what someone is, and a true artist, will always understand it, weather his/her art is presented in a museum, a blog or on a stage.

Every word has been used, maybe every idea has been used. But there are ways of rearranging words and ideas to look exactly like you. It has yet not become a sin to agree on someones thought process, nor is it a sin to pour your soul out on the piece of paper, what ever the form may be.

So, please do not hide away the way you write, the way you think or the way you see. Say it all in your own voice, Show it all with your own hands, know it all in your mind, and you at least will have a peace of mind, that no matter what someone calls you, you aren’t a copy cap, you aren’t a sneaky little fraud, you are just you, who agreed on what 1000 other people have said before you and will say after you. And that doesn’t take away from you being you.

Soooo, I regard as myself as a writer, as a poet, as a blogger and as an artist (to name a few points) I love to write and experiment and oh I love love love poetry. I am not exactly the most advanced, nor have I read that much BUT I love writing it. For me it is much much easier than to write normally, but anyway, back to the topic at hand.

As an artist, writer blogger, hopefully future entrepreneur I realize that the ideas I have, aren’t unique to me. They have been said, done, expressed and though before. I might just be one of the many broken records (Personal development 101: remember to drink water, sleep 8 hours a night etc. etc.) But I do my best to write in my own style.

I try to be quirky and I try to be a little bit sarcastic and a lot realistic. I do not want to sound like a nanny, but like a boss as b*****. But I am rambling again, my point is; Even if you aren’t sure that your idea is unique, write it, paint it, make it.

Do not shy away behind other artists, there is always space for more of us. This is a community that we get to share our passion, our art. And as long as you know that you didn’t copy, then that is great.

If thought someone does point at you and say copy cat and even shows you why they say so. You might want to listen, sometimes they might be right. You didn’t do it on purpose I am sure. But she was such a great writer you had  to incorporate that style to your writing, but in the process of being inspired by someone you lost you own voice. That happens, oh believe me that happens to the best of people. Then you thank the person who pointed it out and you work on making sure that your own voice isn’t lost and that you can still be unique, even if someone affected you deeply with their art.

Remember in order to find your voice, you have to use it and get used to it, until others get used to it too, and when ever someone sees/hears your work, they can state a name within seconds.

Spirituality

Law of Attraction

Daily I am more and more interested in the wonders of the Law of attraction or manifestation. I am aware that a lot of people do not believe in it. I how ever think it is a powerful tool, to take in to day to day life.

In short law of attraction is you attracting what you think about, weather or not it is conscious. So if you are all the time negative you will attract bad things, even things you specifically do not want to attract. But if you are positive then you will attract positivity. And for those who do not believe in this kind of a “voodoo” talk let me give you an example.

When you are in a bad mood, you tend to talk to others maybe a bit less politely and thus they do the same to you. Maybe you say something bad about someone and that someone finds out and confronts you etc. So negativity gives back negativity. But if you are positive and happy, you might give a compliment to someone, and by making them smile you smile even brighter, then someone will notice that smile and compliment you on it. See the pattern here? Law of attraction works with the same base line but on a deeper level.  For more in detail explanation on what Law of Attraction is visit this link:

What Is The Law Of Attraction? Open Your Eyes To A World Of Endless Possibilities

The reason why I am so excited about the law of attraction, is that it can make a huge difference to our lives. Concentrating on the positive is proven to improve our mental health and get us to work hard to improve ourselves as people. By using law of attraction not only will it help to achieve more goals, it will help enforce the positive in us and around us.

Law of attraction is NOT magic, it isn’t this pseudo science thing that will all of a sudden give you all the answers and a billion bucks. You have to work with it. It is a tool to help you. It is there to guide you, but it is not an answer without hard work. Do not assume that this will make your life easy. You have to work hard on what your beliefs are about you and the surroundings, you have to make a conscious change with how you live your life but if you do; you will see results like no other.

To those who wonder if I have seen results in my life with the Law of Attraction then the answer is yes. If I am positive, a lot more good happens to me. If I am negative I become extremely clumsy, I bump into things and I hit myself against objects etc etc.

If you find it hard to change your views, hard to achieve a consciously positive mind, I suggest you turn to meditation. It doesn’t have to be a long session of sitting on your buttocks for an hour. It can be what ever you enjoy doing, that will clear you mind; painting, drawing, coloring, writing, going for a walk. If you want more information, then please comment below and I can make a post about meditation and how I do not think there is a right or wrong way to do it.

Lessons in life

I don’t know- and that’s ok

I am the wisest man alive, for I know one thing, and that is that I know nothing.

-Socrates

This quote is something that everyone should read and understand. We might feel we know a lot, or might feel we should know a lot, but in the grand scheme of things, the knowledge we have, or thing we have is the size of a bugs sh***. Almost non existent. Now that doesn’t mean you are stupid or that you should start reading like crazy and never sleep so that you will know a bit more. No, this quote at least for me has a calming effect. Most of the time we do not know anything, and that is ok.

If it will make you feel better I can list at least 10 things at the top of my head that I do not know (but maybe I should)

  1. I do not know my purpose.
  2. I do not know most of the major rivers on the planet
  3. I do not know all of the major events in history.
  4. I do not know how old I will live to be.
  5. I do not know if I will have kids in the future.
  6. I do not know if I am studying what I really should.
  7. I do not know half of the compositions/composers I listen to. (classical music)
  8. I know little to nothing about Socrates and yet I used his quote here.
  9. I do not know what my day is going to be like tomorrow.
  10. Physics, maths and chemistry is ALL a huge mystery to me. ( I do know 1+1=2)

These are some things I do not know, and yes I am fully aware that some of the things are just lack of sophistication on my part. ( I promise to read upon at least some of the subjects) but somethings I do not know about is just that they are topics that are much bigger than what I am, like the reason why am I here, what will future bring and how I will die. Those things I will find out one day, but for now I am glad to live in the big un-known.

Do not think of yourself as failure, stupid, not good enough if/when you don’t know everything. Socrates is one of the most known Philosophers of our time ( I mean documented human time here) and yet he had the balls to admit he actually knows nothing. And he really wasn’t stupid now was he?

Keep going keep learning and keep reaching new heights but remember, no one, will ever know everything, and that is the beauty of life.

xoxo
